1. Who we are

AdNexa.ai is the commercial brand of Sri Sai Saanvi Group of Companies Pvt Ltd (CIN U74999TG2022PTC168493). Our registered office is at 2-19-51, Kalyanpuri Colony, Uppal, Hyderabad, Telangana 500039, India. In this page, "we", "us" and "our" mean AdNexa.ai.

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and the Ask AdNexa chat, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect

We collect only what we need to reply to you and to run our work.

  • Details you give us in a form: your name, work email, company, phone number, the currency and monthly media spend range you choose, and the best time to call you.
  • What you type in the Ask AdNexa chat, and the details you share if you ask for a callback in the chat.
  • Basic technical data your browser sends when you visit, such as browser type and the pages you open. On this site we use it only to keep the site working.
  • Emails you send us and notes from calls you book with us.

We do not ask for passwords, card numbers or bank details on this site. The chat never asks for them either.

3. How we use your data

  • To reply to your request, set up a call and book our Advanced Audit.
  • To answer your questions in the chat.
  • To keep a record of what we agreed with you.
  • To keep the site safe and working.
  • To send you news about our work, only if you ask for it. You can stop this at any time.

4. Why we are allowed to use it

We use your data when you give us consent, when we need it to take steps you asked for before a contract, or when we have a fair business reason that does not override your rights. For example, a fair business reason is keeping our site secure.

5. Advanced Audit data

When you book our Advanced Audit, you give us read-only access to the ad accounts in scope. This is covered by a separate agreement and a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).

  • Read-only access means we cannot change anything or move any money.
  • Only the AdNexa team working on your audit can see your account data.
  • Only anonymised findings reach the language model we use. That means no client name, no account ID and no row-level data.

6. Who we share it with

We never sell your data.

  • Service providers who host and run our systems, such as email and cloud hosting. They work under contract and may use your data only to provide their service to us.
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers and auditors, when we need their help.
  • Authorities, when the law requires it.

7. Data sent to other countries

Our team works across India, the UAE, the UK and Ireland, the USA and Australia. Your data may be handled in a country other than yours. When that happens, we use contracts and safeguards that the law requires to protect it.

8. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data for up to two years after our last contact with you. If you become a client, we keep it for as long as the contract and the law require. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

  • Show you the data we hold about you.
  • Correct data that is wrong.
  • Delete your data.
  • Stop or limit how we use it.
  • Give you a copy in a common format.
  • Withdraw consent you gave earlier. This does not affect what we did before.

We follow the data protection laws that apply to you. These include India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the UK and the European Union, the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law, Australia's Privacy Act 1988, and privacy laws in the USA. If you are not happy with our reply, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.

10. How we protect it

We use access controls, the least access needed for each task, and encrypted connections. Only people who need your data for their work can see it.

11. Children

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is large, we will tell you on the site.
