HBO Max sought a partner to manage large-scale campaigns across 22 countries, supporting both app downloads and subscription growth.

Strategy

Using the AdNexa OneView™ framework, we unified Search, Social and Programmatic to deliver consistent global execution. We mapped diverse audience segments, identified local market behaviours and applied AI-driven automation for bidding, pacing and creative optimization. Strategists refined each campaign for cultural relevance and compliance, guiding a full-funnel plan from awareness to retention.

Execution
